Hey hey everyone!
How's everyone been? I've been ok, I guess, just trying to figure stuff out I guess. Moved back home, quite Spruce Meadows, I don't think it was the place for me right now anyways.
THey weren't really that great of a place to work for, well i mean if yo uwant to stay in the same thing everyday, day after day. I did, but i didn't really want to stay long anyways. It's a great place to start out. I've been home about a week now. and its great, im getting my own apartment, and i'll finally be happy. All my friends are hapy to see me too, it's really not such a bad place here. I plan on going to school again in the fall anyways. so it works out great for me. But hopefully Melinda is doing ok. I kinda just left in a hurry, she likes it there, it's suited for someone more like her anyways, she'll do really good. :D i mean she's an awsum rider, loves the horses, it's all good, things here for me are going good, trying to get back into school this fall, hairstyling and esthetics. I mean everyone else was pushin me into other things, that i thought would be good, but just not for me. so i finally picked what i wanted to do with me life, horses being a hobby and only that. which is a respectable decision really if you think about it. I'm so glad to be home again. :D yay

Hey hey everyone, how is everyone? Hopefully all of your holidays were awsum! I had to stay in Calgary for xmas, but now im at home visiting all my friends and family until the 17th. :D yeah. I deserved it tho, cuz it's been rather busy at Spruce considering its down season. go figure, so yah things are going great i got Melinda a job there as well and she likes it quite a bit, we live in the apt's above east meadows (competition barn) and it's quite roomy, we didn't have any time to plan for xmas decorations, so we put wrapping paper on the walls haha turned out quite funny. lolwell i've been enjoying myself here in good old SSM and seein my old friends again was awsum, going out tonite, kind of a date haha he's quite a cutie ;) well that's my update sorry it's so short, but i have lots of ppl to see and not much time so ciao! cya later guys!

Hey everyone how's life treating you? I'm doing good, same old stuff here at the barn tho, we are starting fall/winter season, and that means clipping...that should be fun. I'm in a riding lesson every afternoon, and suprisingly getting better, lol but im having fun, but also working hard, i miss you all and hope you are all doing well in whatever you are doing. I dont really have much of an update tho, since everyday is pretty much the same hting. Well yesterday went to ranchmans, got drunk off margarita's lol got to keep the glasses lol it was funny. Had a good time, and tonite we are off to Tequila night club so hopefully that will be fun as well, since i've only been to 3 of them here in calgary. The roadhouse, coyotes and ranchmans. all of them are a blast tho. no special someone yet, tho, altho i must say im not really looking that hard. lol focusing more on me anyways.
Miss home lots, tho, kyle and ash miss you gyuys, hope you are behaving., haha yah right go nuts! hehe my mom wanted me to come home for thanksgiving....haha she misses me alot, but hmm 4days on a bus again, no way for a aweekend? i'm saving my time for christmas, if i get the time, off since there has to be ppl here looking after the horses. that's life. :D well i better go, i have to go shopping this afternoon. :D yay nothing special tho lol plus we are taking a friend out she's from New Zealand. well i'll talk toyou guys later! Hello, everyone how is it going, whoa this is like the second time i've updated in a row! lol won't happen too often...but man do i have a story for you!!!! Well, it all starts technically two and a half weeks ago, the Kings troops and Household cavalry from england arrived at Spruce Meadows. And u know what, they were quite cute too. lol One in particular caught my eye. His name is Dwayne, and he 's the sweetest guy. For the two weeks, we'd meet up, chill out hang out, go to the bars, and lemme just say, my roomate never saw me until morning. lol strictly because i never came home....lol haha whoops. And Sunday was the last night they were riding our horses but yesterday Dwayne came over, we had a little party, watched some movies, and had a little fun if you know what i mean, lol 3 times....hahaha man i just kill myself, but, they are still here for this week just going to Banff becuz for tourism i guess, so he left for that this morning, shit, eh? oh well it's all good. he said he'd call me, which is cool becuz this happen all becuz of him, apparetnly he really liked me..haha score! l :D He's like come back to ENgland with me, im like haha yah i'll jsut drop everything ...haha :S then he's like i would rather stay here....it's awsum here in canada i guess...haha I dunno man, somethings that happen eh? haha well I thought about it and i went to the Kings troops website just out of curiousity. and it actually sounds pretty good, you get to do alot of ceremonial work, military, which interests me, ur school is paid for, another good thign, and plus i get to compete in the european equestrian competitions for free. lol so let's just say I actually have been considering it. Honestly it sounds awsum, but Spruce Meadows is too. so I dont knwo what i want to do yet. :D but hey do I ever know?
Nope not really. but im sure i'll decide something, i dont kow what's gotten into me, im just into this moving phase i guess....I really dont know lol but i guess it's not really a bad thing, keeps me on my toes really.
Besides i get to travel all over Europe if I go, so I'll definitly check it out. well it's worthwhile. Well that's pretty much about it really, nothing much else has gone down since yesterday, still have a huge bump on my head from the foal rearing up on me and kicking me not once but twice with his front hooves....little shit eh? Had a mild concussion, im doing good tho. lol i was quite stunned....hehe for sure. I hope i get to say good bye to Dwayne before he leaves...they leave on saturday i think. But they already checked out of the hotel room so i dont know if i'll get ahold of him before he does leave..:( darn eh? got he is hot, sweet, lol damn British, plus the accent is just fucking amazing. lol well enough about that. lol i gotta jet now, finish some research here and stuff, so i'll update again as soon as i can. I'd like to do it more than i do, but my work sched is just nutz. well i'll talk toyou later! byes byes!

Hey everyone, I apologize, i haven't been able to update much....I'm kinda stuck for my cpu. it's still in ontario. WEll i have an update for you!!! The job is great, my friends here are awsum, found a new bar, Ranchmans (country bar) mechanical bull and everything. whew and hot cowboys :) lol can't go wrong with that. umm I've been actually pretty busy around here, working about 50 hours a week...literally. but it's all worth it, talked to some very awsum grand prix competitors, like ian milllar, beezie madden, richard spooner, ludger beerbaum and rodrigo pessoa. It's great, finally to meet this amazing ppla nd what they do for a aliving, quite an experience. :0 I'm trying my hardest to get to kemptville sometiem this year, since i havent' seen anyone in a while. :( but getting time off here, is well...difficult since in my barn there is only me and diana working it. plus im working extra to save some days to take off at chrismas time. had some fun times this week ladies, we had these guys from england fly here the mounted royal guards, and i met one (Dwayne) absolute sweetheart! we hung out for the 2 weeks he was here, plus he's still here this week ;) had some interesting times, and he's like i dont want to go back now, canada rocks. lol he's int eh Household Cavalry regiment in london, England. what a cutie. so i've had my share of great times lol. im actually thinking of joing the mounted cavalry, because i was already interested in it , ur salary is huge, u have a great pention, health coverage and nmore experience! so im filled out some paperwork and tghey are going to contact me soon. :D yay. so that's about it for me, i'm trying to keep in touch with everyone with the little time i have,. lol im ususally working or napping...lol haha right on eh? Well i gtg now, drop me a line sometime~ and i miss ya gurlz!!! hoep youare behaving :D

Hey gurlz and fellowes! Sorry i havent been able to update as much as i wanted to. but i have been fairly busy.... lol I took a 3 day bus ride from hell to Calgary, lol got the job at Spruce Meadows ah ha in your face ;) jk im just really proud of myself. it's a great job so far, i love the girl im living with and the ppl im working with. it's quite great. The horses are absolutly gorgeous! i already have a fav lol go firgure! :D hehe I tried calling a few of you when i had the time, but laurle you were camping. lol but that's ok i'll call you again, altho i dont hav ea phone of my own yet, monday tho i will. so you guys can call me and i can call you more often. im kinda stuck using a payphone .lol that's ok tho. Hear that Erin found a place! good show , hope it's great, i'm quite sad that i wont be able to see you guys soon tho. :( i dont get much vacation time yet, but i'll definitly try sometime during the year tho! Miss you guys lots, Rachel hope you are doing good, and kinda ready for school lol, sounds like jess is doing good too, which is also good to hear: D I was at my first real country bar, lol holy it was absolutly great! hot hot hot cowboys, lol and there's this guy from work that keeps mistakingly walking through my barn to say hey lol obvious, lol his name is Mark and im supposed to talk to him tomorrow. lol yay Lol :D so far calgary is quite fun, we already went city seeing, we went to ranchmans bar (the country one) we went to tequila, and roadhouse, al very interesting times. lol I currently ride 3 horses My fav graduate, wigwam and lancer. all great horses :D im just getting ready right now for masters, :D yay, we are the north meadows d barn and we are in charge of breeding, so i work with Foxhunter yes, the studc :D hehe man he's beautiful. :D we have the foals for name thefoal contest, we are currently working with them so they are ready for masters too. :D they are quite the characters :D so i am having a great time, exhausting but hey its worth it :D hope everyone is doing good and i'll probably call you guys tonite or tomorrow ok? luv ya guys and miss you tonz!

Hey everyone!
How's everyone so far? Well did you like my whole get serious blog? lol man, that's funny, but i guess i have to be serious one day eh? Well I'm terrified right now honestly to tell you the truth...I mean, ok I have the job in Montreal. I'm so excited, but.....a huge BUT I know im going to be by myself out there, which is a big step you know. like i said in my other blog, everytime i've had something i lived rather close to my family members, and i see this oppurtunity to be finally on my own,becuz if i know my family isn't close by i'll think and act more independantly. which is definitly what I need. So needless to say, im very pumped to go to montreal. It's a different place and I think it'll be great, i dont know what to expect yet since I haven't been there yet. anyways that's really all that i did well thinking wise...well actually not entirely true...haha let's get into the second thing too.
Well...again, like I was saying in my previous blog...the whole "greg" thing this is actually written for laurel right now and jess if she reads this. Ok, the down lo really is Laurel actually tracked down the numbers for me to call him because stupid me, i dont know wher ei even put most of mine even at home...:S so, i mostly forgot about it, but really i didn't. deep down i knew. So i didn't end up calling yet, mainly because i dont know what to say to him, other than u know how's it going and u and me both know i want to say more, lol so i've been thinking alot of what i'm going to do, and im moving to montreal tomorrow so i'll call him when i get there, and talk about stuff, so far that's the plan. haha hopefuly something good comes out of it eh? well thats really the two things i wanted to get off my chest and i'v edone that so yah.
So that's pretty much the scoop right now. I won't be able to write for a few days, mayb e a week or two so don't worry I'll let you know what's going to happen, or what is happening lol So talk to everyone very soon!!!!

Hey everyone,
Well, so far in Moose Jaw, i'm loving it here, i'm so grateful that my uncle was nice enough to come and get me from my job...phew...and I appriciate everything they've done for me man, like really. I got the job in Montreal too, so that's what I'm really happy about even tho im moving further away from Olds, I dont care anymore, I have to go where the jobs are. My mom and grandmother weren't that supportive of the whole idea of me moving again to montreal, although I really see their point. I have to have extra money saved up, but u know what let's face it, this job is the one I've wanted even before Saskatchewan, and i want to take anything i can get here. I mean sure I would rather stay here in this area i'd be easier but i have to move on w/ my life sooner or later. honestly. I have about 500 bucks in the bank, enough to get me to montreal. I have to save the rest incase the worse thing that could happen like my mother said, cuz they can't bail me out anymore, and i didn't even expect them too, it's my life, and i'll do what i want well technically what i need to do. I want a job in a barn. I got one, that's my goal so far, work for afew years then go to college again, im in no rush anyways. they don't understand me. well the horse business. U have to start at the bottom, guaranteed even if i went to olds this year, i wouldn't make it becuz you need the experience. I need the experience on the job, or im screwed. Before I even think about going into the breeding business you have to establish yourself in the horse business first. that's what i want them to understand plus, i have a loan i have to pay back VERY VERY soon, and i need anything i can get, im not falling behind on payments, plus living on the premises will help me out alot more than they think becuz then i can pay off my loan during the year and not have to worry about my rent etc. and it makes it easier to get things done. im at square one for my driver's licence again...nothing, i'll have to do it in montreal now, i guess becuz my stupid birth certificate hasn't come in yet. so i see this as a positive thing here. i know im on my own, but how the hell am i supposed to learn if i dont do it? I dont think the same thing can happen that did here. they have many ppl going thru there and i dont think they'd ruin they're reputation like that. but like my mom said i ahve to be careful, stand up for myself, so i will, this is a learning experience and im going to be great. I'm going to make it there, i know i will. I'm giong to work hard, and please them. Of course im going to be new, but cmon, u learn everyday, and i have to get more experience under my belt befor ei can even get into the business i want to be in. I'll have to explain that to mom and nanny/papa when i get home for the weekend. I know where they are coming from they just want me to be successful, and i understand that, I dont really know what i would do w/ out them, but i hae to to do what i want to do, so that's the way im going to do it. I have to get out in the world sooner or later, and if i know you are close by, im giong to slack off, i know that, i know myself, but if i know hey, im really on my own here, then i'll be forced to grow up and get on w/ my career. This is my dream. Working w/ horses, cleaning their shit, riding, i dont want to be the center of attention, i want to be in the backround help run things, that stuff, that's all i really want out of this. is to be able to work and teach ppl about horses. taht's it. Olds college was just a dream that i can't reach right now, i have to go thru this first, it'll better prepare me for when i do want to settle on my own and run a barn myself. im not ready for it yet. that's my story...phewwww...that was long...haha Other than that , im extremely happy rightnow, but im not getting my hopes up because well u know lol u just can't. haha
Well, Laurel: man i luv ya and thank you so much, it meant alot to me for you to do that, i didn't even expect u to do that much...THank you and im glad i gotcha man, i dont know what i'd do! Hope your knee is coming thru and you are doing great, n of course your ponies ;) I'm doing great now as you can see, it's not the way that looks easy but hey what is right? You are all probably wondering why my title is "Too many floaters"...well "floaters" are what i am referring to as memories...I got too many that man are getting to me fast...First off, I have had a really bad couple of weeks, which doesn't make my situation any better mind you , and you all know about what happened. Good. I've just been thinking alot lately...Bout school and stuff, where im going from here, since i really dont have a job yet, it's all in the air right now. But i have alot of questions about why am i thinking about this stuff...I miss you gurlz terribly! And i plan to visit as soon as i get shit sorted out I promise, u are like my second family and you mean the world to me. And I'm rather confused right now as well.
On the other hand there's another guy I've wanted for so long but he lives in Sarnia, I've known him fo rlike ever much,but i know i can't have him so yeah. lol but it's al good he's an awsum friend :D so im strung out here, not even know where to start in this stupid situation...Its rather confusing, jsut to think about it u know? so if you gurls have any useful advice or even some useless advice lol i'd love to hear it...so drop a line, other than that nothing new is realy going on, ive been sending out emails like crazy to barns all across canada practically for a job...but the one in montreal is a keeper just have to findo ut for sure. eh? well ladiez have a great night, i'll try to lol hopefully all'z well with you peepz and hope to hear from you guys soon!!!! Hey ppl i dont have long to do this blog cuz i have some shit to do, geez....Ok start of my week last week...here we go:
the ppl i was working for, they were nice, the woman was even now, but the man (Wes) is a bastard holy crap, just this week he started wel last weeik, ok i was doing my everyday chores and he would yell at me teling me insults and im doing a crappy job, i dont know wha tim doing, i can't ride the horses blah blah so i yelled back cuz u know i did my fuckin job right! I love dthe horses rode them, he said he didn't trust me and shit, im like fuck this shit whateve, then he blamed me for that foal dying saying i probably didn't even try to make it suck...i lost it about then, as if i'd fucking do that to an innocent foal!!!! He slapped the broom out of my hands on thursday that was the last straw , i figured he just had a bad week or something gave him another chance, so i called my uncle in moose jaw, 2 hours away and explained to him what happened, well he wasn't exactly happy so, he rushed there friday night to pick me up i had my 3 suitcases already packed in 14 minutes man lol he picked me up to go to camp and her e i am now, im still taking the job in montreal she just has to call me tomorrow so cross your fingers girls!!!!!!! pls~~~~ so im not in a very good mood, called the labor board they'll do smoething about him, anyways, well i gtg now sorry i couldn't write long i need to talk to you gurlz~! ok leave your number i dont have them on me plz i'll get a hold of you shooooooon~~~
